getting out of your own head requires two things

It’s easy to get stuck in your own head.
A loop. A zone. A mental block that feels real enough to limit your choices.
You start believing you don’t have options.
But most of the time, two things are missing.
Communication.
And willingness.
Communication—with the people who matter.
Saying what you feel.
And why you feel it.
Then comes willingness.
To step out of the loop.
To look at what’s possible.
To make choices—and accept them.
Because you can’t say something is your priority,
and then resent it every day.
That’s not constraint.
That’s conflict.
I’ve made a choice.
This is a reset.
Short thoughts.
Simple writing.
Consistent expression.
